    The island of Koh Tang, in the heart of the Gulf of Thailand is unique in terms of geographical location, untouched by civilization in terms of its natural, environmental characteristics. The island has a magnificent variety of tropical flora and fauna, coconut, pineapple, mango and banana plantations, six lakes, one of them with thermal springs, large reserves of drinking water at a depth of 2-3 m. There are no predatory animals or snakes on the island.

    One side of the island has 5 turquoise lagoons with unspoilt white sand beaches stretching from 500 m. up to 5 km. From the rocky side of the island, where two more small lagunas are situated, the depth reaches 22 meters, with the purity of the water allows you to see the diversity of the underwater world at the bottom of the sea (urchins, fish, crustaceans, mollusks, etc.).

    Political support for the project reduces the risk to investors due to favorable relations with the local authorities. One of the objectives of the project is the creation of a "Friendly Islands" at the terms of complexity, infrastructural independence, and ecological conditions. Koh Tang Project covers a large scale of entertainment buildings on the island, free of existing facilities area size of about 510 hectares. This approach allows the design work without restrictions, asked the old buildings and infrastructure; used in the construction of utilities and real estate of modern technology and materials to create a comfortable living environment and leisure activities in accordance with modern trends.
